Shipping Policy

Free standard shipping

Glitz & Fashion offers free standard shipping on every order to the United States and to all other destinations available at checkout. No minimum purchase is required.

Estimated delivery time

The estimated total delivery time is 8–14 business days from order confirmation. This estimate includes order processing and standard transit time. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.

The shipping cost and estimated timeframe shown at checkout apply to the destination entered by the customer. Delivery estimates are not guarantees and can be affected by carrier delays, weather, customs, holidays, or other events outside our reasonable control.

Order tracking

When tracking is available, we will email the tracking details after the order ships. Tracking may take up to 48 hours to begin showing movement.

International orders, duties, and taxes

International customers may be responsible for import duties, taxes, or customs charges imposed by their destination country unless those charges are explicitly collected at checkout. These government charges are not shipping fees and are outside our control.

Address accuracy

Please verify your delivery address before placing the order. Contact us immediately if a correction is needed. We cannot guarantee address changes after fulfillment begins, and additional carrier costs caused by an incorrect address may be the customer’s responsibility.

Delayed, lost, or damaged shipments

If tracking has not updated for an unusual period, the package is marked delivered but cannot be found, or the shipment arrives damaged, contact us promptly. We will work with the carrier and the customer toward an appropriate resolution.
